We offer life coaching for women who would prefer a private, one-on-one mind/body workshop as an alternative to a group setting. Additionally, a life coach can help you continue to integrate the mind/body practice into your life.

The benefits of life coaching include:

  The creation of an empowering partnership where you can safely explore the possibilities available to you.
  Sessions specifically designed to meet you wherever you are in your process.
  A customized plan based on your individual needs.
  The structure and support you need to navigate your options and make significant progress toward your goals.
  Deeper integration of the mind/body principles, which in turn creates more balance and peace in all aspects of your life.

Our coaching clients report significant improvement in their coping abilities after attending individual life coaching sessions.

How does life coaching work?

  Individual sessions are conducted by telephone for your convenience.
  Individual 10-week workshops are offered at the same price as group workshops and consist an initial intake appointment and ten 50-minute sessions conducted once a week at a time that fits your schedule.
  Post-workshop sessions require a one-month commitment, which includes four 50-minute sessions.
  Welcome materials and a partnership agreement will be emailed prior to our first session.
